As a leading global supplier of linens, filled goods and toweling into Hospitality, Retail and Institutional Organisations, Vision Support Services has remained open and fully operational during the Covid-19 pandemic. Policies and robust practices have been put in place to ensure the safety of our staff, visitors and customers since March 2020.
Our headquarters are located in Blackburn, Lancashire, and on the 14th July our Local health authority announced extra recommendations for the Blackburn with Darwen catchment area, due to a rise in local infections of Coronavirus. As a company we have chosen to close our headquarters to staff in order to support the local measures. All our Headquarter’s staff have the facility to work remotely and we are encouraging them to do so from today, 15th July 2020. As a key supplier to the NHS supply chain, our warehousing and distribution hub will remain open and fully functional. Our regional offices remain unaffected.
Our HQ telephones will be diverted to staff geared up to facilitate your enquiry. This may mean an extra step to get your calls to the right person to support your query. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
As well as servicing our customers, the safety and wellbeing of our staff and community remain a priority for all of us here at Vision. I want to reassure you that we are open and fully operational through this localised restriction.
