Each year, Vision Support Services hold an annual online awards through its performance brand website, Hilden, to recognise the interior design achievements of small to medium venues in the hospitality and healthcare markets.

With small and independent hotels, restaurants and care homes at the forefront, the 2016 proved to be the most successful yet with more entrants than ever sending in their pictures in a bid to win the coveted winners title.

Taking into account the residence as a whole package, the Style Awards from Hilden, one of Vision’s leading product brands, burst back into action for 2016 with new judges, awards and a fresh category to recognise the excellence of design in care homes.

With an astounding number of entries, and the calibre higher than ever before, the judges have been whittling it down to only three finalists from each category.

Announcing their decision earlier today, Vision is delighted to officially announce those in the running of being crowned most stylish as the Hilden Style Awards finalists are unveiled:

Located in Manchester, the judges were drawn to the spacious and contemporary backdrop as well as the unique accents inside Scene Indian Street Kitchen.

In an 18th century townhouse in Mayfair, the judges picked sketch for the complexity of its design and the uniqueness of the design.

Boyds Grill & Wine Bar

At the heart of central London, Boyds Grill & Wine Bar attracted the attention of our judges for its Victorian-marble setting and opulent features.

Most Stylish Care Home

Bentley House

Hertford is the setting for Bentley House and the judges loved the open plan design and the modern feel of the establishment whilst ensuring practical needs are met.

Southlands

In a leafy suburb of Leeds, Southlands attracted the attention of the judges for its individually and tastefully styled rooms as well as its functional and attractive facilities.

Heather Grange

Heather Grange, in the old mill town of Burnley, was picked by the judges for its cosy spaces; in keeping with resident style and taste and they loved the use of on-trend patterned wallpaper.

Most Stylish Hotel or B&B

Hotel Gotham

Based in the heart of mid-town Manchester, the judges agreed that the attention to detail in Hotel Gotham was meticulous and the striking theatrical colour schemes were effectively executed.

Newton Hall

A romantic country house in Northumberland, the judges said the luxurious textures combined with the clever use of theming brought an extra dimension to Newton Hall.

The 25

Better known as the English Riviera, Torquay is the home to The 25 which the judges thought was bold, bright and brave through its eye-catching colour schemes, contrasting prints and fun-loving design.

The judges will now meet to decide the overall winners at their Judges Lunch which will take place next month. The champions from each category will enjoy a huge array of prizes including an exclusive double-page spread in the annual Hilden Style Guide 2017, a pair of Liddell bathrobes, a Nespresso coffee machine, £500 to spend at Hilden.co.uk and a glass trophy and certificate acknowledging the win.
