blackburn beer festival

Vision are delighted to sponsor and attend the Blackburn Beer Festival from 3rd – 5th May taking place at Blackburn Rugby Club.

Returning for its fifth year, the Blackburn Beer Festival takes place in aid of Blackburn Youth Zone and is set to have an outstanding menu of over 60 real ales from across the North West and beyond alongside an eclectic selection of cider, lager and gin.

With over 1,000 people expected to visit the festival over the three days, the event also promises live music entertainment and rugby matches held on Saturday and Sunday.

As new gold patrons of Blackburn Youth Zone, a number of Vision staff are attending the event and hoping to sample the Vision-sponsored beer; Black Prince from Wantsum Brewery.

Head of Marketing at Vision, Gemma Blake, said: “We’re delighted to be sponsoring a beer barrel and being involved with the Blackburn Beer Festival for the first time.

Blackburn Youth Zone is a vital youth initiative for Blackburn with Darwen and we’re glad to do what we can to raise much needed funds for this worthy cause.”

Tickets are just £5 per day (and can be purchased on the door) or take advantage of a weekend ticket which gives you access across the full three days for only £10.

Tickets include a complimentary pint glass and a festival programme. Beer tokens can be purchased inside the event at £10 per sheet.
